This coaching hub is tailored primarily for in-house product designers, particularly those in scale-ups and larger companies. However, the skills taught in these missions are valuable across all roles—whether working in-house, at an agency, or as a freelancer. The principles and strategies apply universally to help elevate any design career.
The coaching hub is all about you and your progress, focusing on four key areas: personal growth, the business of design, product design strategy, and career development. It’s designed to help you gain the confidence, skills, and clarity needed to take the next step in your career—whether that’s earning a promotion or stepping into a leadership role.
The Coaching Hub is designed for mid-level to senior designers with at least 3 years of experience—it’s not for entry-level designers or beginners. A strong foundation in UI design is recommended, as the program doesn’t cover basic design tools. Instead, it focuses on developing strategic and leadership skills to advance your career.
While UX bootcamps typically focus on entry-level skills, the coaching hub is tailored for experienced designers seeking to break through career plateaus caused by a lack of leadership opportunities, knowledge, or guidance. It goes beyond hands-on design to equip you with strategic and leadership skills through actionable learning, personalised coaching, and a supportive community—with lifetime access included.
