From Hermes to Evri, Becky led the enormous rebrand with the product team, overhauling all digital touchpoints—multiple apps, internal tools, the website, and in-store print devices.
Driven by an acquisition instructing a name change, the project required rapid and strategic execution. Collaborating with a globally known agency, Superunion, and a dedicated team of four, we crafted a detailed roadmap to meet our tight 7-month deadline to overhaul all digital touchpoints.
The current design had gotten out of control during rapid growth, and the foundations were not holding up. A design system was one way to ensure teams delivered on-brand and at speed moving forward.
Our goal was to ensure the products were accessible, designed for scalability, and automated workflows for future innovation. The new name, Evri, symbolised our mission: 'delivering to everyone, everywhere'.
The culmination of our efforts led to a successful launch. Consistent customer experience across all digital touch-points; website, apps, internal systems & in-store devices.
We planned a 15% conversion drop for launch, but saw only 4% dip.
