In collaboration with Manchester Airport Group, we crafted a six-month plan to enhance their booking experience. Focused on user-centric design, we optimised the existing website and paved the way for a global SaaS platform.
Through a detailed UX audit, user interviews, and a series of A/B tests, we successfully revamped the booking funnel, resulting in an impressive 4.8% increase in sales conversion.
